William ("Bill") Dutton

Bill graduated from the Oregon JATC Electrical Apprenticeship program in 1985. From 1998 to 2002 he was a NIETC Instructor. After several years of working for other electrical companies, Bill decided to go out on his own and in April of 1999 he started 3D Electrical Services. With his experience and training he has developed 3D into a highly successful business.
